Getting There

Walking
From Tahrir Square, head northwest on Qasr El Nil Street towards the Nile River. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Mohammed Sabri Abou Alam Street. New Downtown du Cairo will be located at this intersection. The walk is approximately 800 meters, and you'll pass several shops and cafes along the way.

Metro
If you prefer using the Metro, find the nearest station, which is Sadat Metro Station located under Tahrir Square. Take the Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards Helwan. Disembark at the next station, which is Mohandessin. From there, exit the station and take a taxi or ride-sharing service to reach New Downtown du Cairo. Expect to pay around 30-50 EGP for the taxi ride, which should take about 10 minutes.

You can also take a local bus from Downtown Cairo. Locate a bus stop near you and look for buses heading towards Qasr El Nil or Bab Al Louq. The buses are frequent and cost around 5 EGP. Once on the bus, inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop to New Downtown du Cairo. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
