Start from the main promenade in Dahab, facing the sea. Head towards the north until you reach the main road (Marsa Alam Road). This is approximately a 15-minute walk. Once you reach the main road, look for a local bus station or ask locals for the bus heading to St. Catherine. Buses are usually marked with their destination. If you cannot find the bus station, you can ask a local for directions. The bus ride to St. Catherine takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Once you arrive in St. Catherine, you will want to disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, ask a local for directions to Jabe Canyon, as it is a popular spot and they will likely know where to direct you. The canyon is located approximately 30 to 40 minutes away from St. Catherine by foot. Follow the path leading into the mountains; it is well-trodden and easy to follow. Be sure to bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes.

After arriving at Jabe Canyon, you can explore the area. The canyon is known for its stunning rock formations and beautiful landscapes. Make sure to take your time and enjoy the views. When you're ready to return, follow the same route back to St. Catherine to catch the bus back to Dahab.
