If you are starting from the Port Said Lighthouse, head east along the Corniche Road, which runs parallel to the waterfront. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with El Gomhoreya Street. Turn left onto El Gomhoreya Street, and keep walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Continue until you see a large park area on your right; this is Obelisque Plaza.
