Once you reach Aswan, follow the signs for Edfu, which is about 60 kilometers north of Aswan. You will pass through the town of Edfu. The temple is located in the center of Edfu city, and there is parking available near the temple entrance. Please note that fuel costs will vary, so ensure your vehicle has enough fuel for the journey.
Bus
From the Red Sea Coast, find a bus station that offers services to Aswan. You can check local travel agencies for schedules. The bus ride to Aswan typically lasts around 8-10 hours. Upon arrival in Aswan, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Edfu, which is about a 1-hour drive north from Aswan. The bus fare to Edfu is usually around 25 EGP. Make sure to confirm the bus times back to Aswan to avoid delays.
Taxi
If you prefer convenience, you can hire a taxi from Aswan to Edfu. Taxis can be found at the Aswan train station or bus terminal. Train
