From Highlands, head towards the main road leading out of the town. Follow signs for Carretera hacia Jayaque. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will pass through rural areas and small villages. As you approach Jayaque, keep an eye out for the signs towards Furesa. The entrance is located at KM 36.5 on your left. There is parking available on-site.

Begin at the main bus terminal in Highlands. Look for buses heading to Jayaque; they are often labeled as 'Jayaque' or 'Santa Tecla'. The fare is usually around $1-2. The ride should take about 45 minutes. Upon reaching Jayaque, ask the driver to drop you off near the entrance to Furesa, or you can take a local taxi for the final stretch. Make sure to confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your ride.
