From Los Chorros de la Calera, head southwest on the main road (Carretera Los Chorros). Follow the signs for Ahuachapan. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the junction for the CA-1 highway. Merge onto CA-1 heading towards Ahuachapan. Continue for about 20 minutes until you reach the exit for Atiquizaya. Take the exit, then follow the signs for El Salto de Malacatiupán. The destination is located at coordinates 13.9966° N, 89.7994° W. There are no tolls on this route.
