If you are traveling by car, head towards the town of Hidele. From Dahlak Archipelago, take a ferry to the mainland port, then drive approximately 30 kilometers east to reach Hidele. The parking area is available near the entrance of Semenawi Bahri National Park. Ensure to have some cash for parking fees, which could be around 20-50 Nakfa.

Public Transportation
To reach Semenawi Bahri National Park via public transportation, take a ferry from Dahlak Archipelago to Massawa. Once in Massawa, look for a local bus or shared taxi heading to Hidele. Buses are generally available, and the fare is approximately 100 Nakfa. Inform the driver that you are visiting Semenawi Bahri National Park, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the park entrance.

If you find yourself in Hidele, the park entrance is about 2 kilometers from the town center. You can walk to the park by following the main road, which is well-marked. It should take about 20-30 minutes to reach the entrance on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water for the walk.
