From the center of Dekemhare, head north towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading towards Mitsiwa. Follow this road for approximately 12 kilometers. Once you reach Mitsiwa, head towards the coast. جزيرة شيخ سعيد is located just off the shoreline. You may need to ask locals for the best point to access a boat or ferry service to reach the island.

Start from Dekemhare and ride north on the main road. Keep an eye out for any signs pointing towards Mitsiwa. After about 12 kilometers, you will arrive in Mitsiwa. Park your bicycle and inquire about local boat services to جزيرة شيخ سعيد, as it is an island. The locals will guide you to the nearest docking point.
