If you're starting from the island of Hiiumaa, drive to the ferry terminal in Kärdla. Take the ferry to the island of Vormsi. The ferry ride takes about 1.5 hours and costs approximately €10 for a vehicle and €5 for a passenger. Once you arrive at Vormsi, follow the signs towards Saxby lighthouse. The lighthouse is located about 10 kilometers from the ferry terminal, and the drive should take around 15 minutes.

From the island of Saaremaa, take a bus to the town of Kuressaare. From there, catch a bus to the ferry terminal in Rohuküla. The bus ride takes about 1.5 hours and costs around €7. Once you reach Rohuküla, take the ferry to Vormsi. After arriving at Vormsi, you can either rent a bicycle or walk to the Saxby lighthouse, which is about 10 kilometers away. If you choose to rent a bicycle, prices start around €10 per day.
