From the main entrance of Haapsalu Castle, head south towards the castle courtyard. Once you are in the courtyard, exit through the gate on the southern side of the castle. After exiting, turn left onto Vaba Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Promenade. Once at the Promenade, turn right and walk along the waterfront. The Haapsalu promenaadi kõlakoda will be on your left after a short walk, situated at the address Kõlakoja, Haapsalu, 90502 Lääne maakond. The total walking distance is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 12-15 minutes.

If you prefer to use public transportation, start from Haapsalu Castle and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Tallinna mnt (approximately a 10-minute walk). From there, catch a local bus that heads towards the town center. Get off at the stop labeled 'Promenaadi.' After disembarking, walk towards the waterfront and turn left. The Haapsalu promenaadi kõlakoda will be located on your left side along the Promenade. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for the correct timings. A single bus ticket typically costs around €1.

If you are driving from Haapsalu Castle, exit the castle grounds and head south on Vaba Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tallinna mnt. Turn right onto Tallinna mnt and follow the road. After approximately 1 kilometer, turn left onto the Promenade road. Follow this road for about 500 meters, and you will find parking options available near the Promenade. The Haapsalu promenaadi kõlakoda is a short walk from the parking area.
