From Haapsalu Castle, head southeast on Karja street towards the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Tallinna street (Route 10). Continue for approximately 6 kilometers until you reach the junction with Pürksi road. Turn left onto Pürksi road and follow it for about 3 kilometers. You will find Pürksi laululava on your right. There is free parking available near the venue.
