If you are in the center of Haapsalu, start at the Haapsalu Castle. Head west on Karja Street until you reach the intersection with Tallinna Street. Turn left onto Tallinna Street and continue straight until you reach the Promenaadi. Once you reach Promenaadi, turn right and walk along the promenade until you find the Skype bench located near the waterfront.
