If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Head east on the E263 highway (Tallinn-Tartu Road) for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Viimsi/Kirkkonummi/Rae and merge onto the Tallinn Ring Road (Tallinna Ringtee). Continue on the Ring Road for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Kose and merge onto the road leading towards Kiruvere. Follow the signs for Kiruvere, and after approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at Paunküla Reservoir, located at Kiruvere, 75006 Harju County. There is free parking available near the reservoir.
