From the center of Rapla, head towards the Rapla bus station located at Pikk 10. Once you arrive at the bus station, look for the bus heading to Tallinn. Make sure to check the schedule and buy a ticket from the ticket counter or driver. The journey to Tallinn will take approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Tallinn bus station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop located just outside the bus terminal.

Once at the tram stop, take tram number 1 towards 'Tondi'. Stay on the tram for about 10 stops (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the 'Kopli' stop. After getting off, walk towards the beach by continuing straight on Kopli Street until you reach the intersection with Pelguranna Street. Turn left onto Pelguranna Street, and you will find Stroomi rand at Pelguranna 57, just a short walk down the road.

Public Transport (Bus + Tram)
Alternatively, from the Tallinn bus station, you can take bus number 56 towards 'Kopli' and get off at the 'Kopli' stop. After disembarking, follow the same walking directions as mentioned previously by walking towards Pelguranna Street and turning left to reach Stroomi rand.
