Car
If you are traveling by car, set your GPS to 'Raekoja plats 1, 20307 Narva'. From most locations in Ida-Virumaa, you will want to take the E20 highway towards Narva. Once you approach Narva, follow signs for the city center. Upon entering the city, look for signs directing you to Raekoja plats. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around €1-€2 per hour.
Public Transportation
For public transport, you can take a bus from various towns in Ida-Virumaa to Narva. The bus station is centrally located, and you should look for a bus heading to 'Narva' (the bus service is operated by Elron). Once you arrive at the Narva bus station, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to Narva Town Hall. Exit the station and head towards the city center, following the main road (Tallinna mnt), then turn left onto Raekoja plats.
Walking
If you find yourself close to the city center, you can easily walk to Narva Town Hall. From any point in the city center, navigate towards Raekoja plats. The Town Hall is a prominent landmark, and you should be able to see it from a distance. It is located at the coordinates 59.379365, 28.198798.
