If you're driving to Valaste Waterfall, start from the town of Kohtla-Järve. Head south on the A1 highway towards Narva. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit toward Valaste. Follow the road signs leading to Valaste village. Once in Valaste, look for signs directing you to the waterfall area. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Valaste Waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Kohtla-Järve to Jõhvi. From Jõhvi, transfer to a bus heading towards Narva. Request to get off at the stop for Valaste village. From the bus stop, it is a short 10-minute walk to the waterfall, following the signs to the scenic spot.

If you are coming from Narva, take the A1 highway towards Tallinna. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit for Valaste. Follow the signs into Valaste village, and keep an eye out for the waterfall signs. Parking is available near the site.
