    Car

    From the center of Jõhvi, take the Tartu highway (E263) heading south. After about 25 kilometers, take the exit towards Sillamäe (E20). Continue on E20 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Vasknarva. Follow the signs to Vasknarva village. Upon entering the village, continue straight until you see the Vasknarva ruins on your left. There is limited parking available near the ruins.

    Public Transportation

    From Jõhvi, take a bus towards Sillamäe. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Vasknarva bus stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1 kilometer to the Vasknarva ruins. The path is straightforward—just follow the road straight into Vasknarva village and look for signs to the ruins. Make sure to check the bus timetable for the return trip.
