If you are traveling by car, head towards Reonda in Rapla County. From Jõgeva, take the E263 road towards Tartu. After about 30 km, take the exit towards Puurmani and continue on the Puurmani road. Follow signs for Reonda and Mukri Raba. Once you reach Reonda, look for signs directing you to Mukri Raba Vaatetorn, which is located approximately 7 km from the town center. There is a parking area near the observation tower.

To reach Mukri Raba Vaatetorn using public transport, start by taking a bus from Jõgeva to Tartu. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. From Tartu, transfer to a bus heading towards Reonda. You may need to check the local bus schedules as they vary. Once you arrive in Reonda, you can either walk or take a taxi for the remaining 7 km to Mukri Raba Vaatetorn. Be prepared for a short hike if you choose to walk, as the area is quite scenic.
