If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Jõgevamaa, head towards Tartu and take the E263 road towards Pärnu. Continue on E263 for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach Pärnu. Once in Pärnu, follow the signs to the city center and then to the beach area. Pärnu muul is located on Unnamed Road, which runs parallel to the seafront, just off the main road. There is free parking available nearby.

To reach Pärnu muul by public transportation, take a bus from Tartu Bus Station to Pärnu. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Pärnu Bus Station, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) to Pärnu muul or take a local taxi. If you choose to walk, head towards the city center and follow the seafront path until you reach Unnamed Road.
