Start from the Kärdla Town Hall located at Rookopli 2. Head south on Rookopli Street towards Aia Street (about a 5-minute walk). When you reach Aia Street, turn left and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by various small shops and residential houses. Keep walking until you reach Aia 26, which will be on your right. Arteesiakaevud is located at this address.
