Start at the Kärdla Town Hall located at Tallinna mnt 13. Head south on Tallinna mnt toward Kauba tn for about 300 meters. At the intersection, turn left onto Kauba tn and continue walking for approximately 500 meters until you reach the junction with Heltermaa mnt. Turn right onto Heltermaa mnt. Continue on Heltermaa mnt for about 1.2 kilometers. Pagarite park will be on your left at Heltermaa mnt 16.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at Kärdla Town Hall. Head south on Tallinna mnt for 300 meters and take a left onto Kauba tn. Cycle for about 500 meters until you reach Heltermaa mnt. Turn right and continue cycling for approximately 1.2 kilometers. Pagarite park will be on your left at Heltermaa mnt 16.
