From the center of Lääne County, head towards Tallinn by taking the E263 highway. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue on the E263 for approximately 100 kilometers until you reach the city. Once in Tallinn, take the exit towards Tartu/Mustamäe and follow the signs for the city center. After entering the center, look for Vabaduse väljak located at the coordinates (59.4340468, 24.743004). There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that parking fees may apply.

Once you arrive at the Tallinn Central Bus Station (Tallinna Bussijaam), exit the station and walk towards the tram stop. Take Tram Line 1 or 2 towards 'Kalamaja' and get off at the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop.
