    If you're driving from any location in Lääne-Virumaa, get onto the E20 highway heading towards Tallinn. Follow the signs for Tallinn and continue on E20 for about 70-90 kilometers, depending on your starting point. As you approach Tallinn, take the exit towards Pirita and continue straight on Pirita tee. Follow the road until you see signs for the Tallinn TV Tower. There is parking available at the tower for a fee of approximately €3 per hour.
