If you are traveling by car, start from the main area of Pärnu Beach. Head southeast on Ringi Street, then turn right onto Aida Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Papli Street. Turn left onto Papli Street, and follow it as it curves into the coastal area. Continue driving until you reach the Unnamed Road where Pärnu muul is located. There is no dedicated parking at the muul, but you can find nearby street parking.

To reach Pärnu muul via public transportation, find the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 1 or 2 from the Pärnu Beach area towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Ringi'. From there, walk towards Ringi Street and follow the same route as described for cars. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to Pärnu muul. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for the latest timings.

If you prefer to walk from the Pärnu Beach area, you can start at the beach promenade. Head towards the main road and follow Papli Street, which leads directly to the seaside area.
