If you are driving, start from the center of Pärnu Beach. Head southeast on Ringi Street towards Hommiku Street. After about 1 km, turn left onto Hommiku Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters and you will find Punane torn at Hommiku 11. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to find street parking.

Disembark at the 'Hommiku' bus stop, which is just a short walk from Punane torn.
