If you're driving from the center of Pärnu, head southeast on Rääma Street (Rääma tn) towards the Pärnu River, then continue onto Tallinna mnt (Route 4). After approximately 2 km, take a right turn onto Unnamed Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 km, and you will reach Pärnu muul located at the end of the road. Parking is available nearby.
