Walking
If you are at the Pärnu city center (e.g., near the Pärnu beach), head east on Rüütli Street towards the intersection with the main road, Tallinna mnt. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road named Vana-Pärnu. Turn left onto Vana-Pärnu, and follow it for about 500 meters. You will find Valli Park on your right at the intersection with the street named Pikk Street.

Public Transport
From the Pärnu Bus Station, take bus number 5 towards 'Ringi'. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Liiva'. From there, walk back towards the main road and turn left onto Tallinna mnt. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters until you reach Valli Park on your left side.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Pärnu beach area. Head north on the bike path along the beach promenade. Continue until you reach the end of the promenade, then turn right onto Rüütli Street. Follow Rüütli Street, which turns into Vana-Pärnu after crossing Tallinna mnt. Valli Park will be on your right after about 500 meters.
