Walking
If you are in the city center of Pärnu, start at the Pärnu Rannapark (Beach Park). Head towards the beach, which is located to the south of the park. Once you reach the beach promenade, turn left and walk along the promenade towards the west. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you see the pier area. There, you will find Pärnu muul, which is located at the end of the pier. The scenic walk along the beach offers beautiful views and is a pleasant stroll.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Pärnu. Start at the city center and ride towards the beach area. Follow the bike lanes that lead to the Pärnu Beach promenade. Once you reach the promenade, head west along the coastline. It should take about 10-15 minutes to reach the Pärnu muul. There are bike racks available near the pier for you to secure your bicycle.

While public transportation is limited near Pärnu muul, you can take a local bus from the city center to the nearest stop, which is 'Pärnu Sadam' (Pärnu Harbor). Buses typically run every 30 minutes. From the bus stop, it is a short 5-minute walk towards the pier. Just follow the signs towards the harbor, and you will see Pärnu muul at the end of the pier.
