If you are starting from the Pärnu City Center, head towards Rüütli Street, which is the main pedestrian street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Vana-Tallinna Street. Turn left onto Vana-Tallinna Street and continue walking. After a few minutes, you will see the Tallinn Gate on your right, which is the entrance to Pärnu Vallikäär. The park is located just past the gate.
