Car
From the center of Pärnu, take the E67 road (also known as Via Baltica) heading towards Tallinn. Drive for approximately 20 kilometers. Take the exit towards Riisa (Exit 7) and turn left onto the road leading into Riisa. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Riisa vaatetorn, which will be on your left side. There is free parking available near the viewing tower.
Public Transportation
From Pärnu bus station, take a regional bus towards Riisa. Buses run several times a day, so check the local schedule for exact times. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Riisa' bus stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Riisa vaatetorn. Head north along the main road, and you will see the tower in the distance. Ensure you have small change for the bus fare, which is around 2-3 euros.
