If you are driving from Põlva, head east on the Tartu-Põlva road (E263). Continue for about 15 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Taevaskoja village and turn right onto a smaller road leading to Taevaskoja. Follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Saesaare parkla. There is parking available, and it is free of charge.
