    If you are in the center of Rakvere, start at the Rakvere Town Hall located at Raekoja plats 1. Head northeast towards Tallinna street (Tallinna mnt) and turn left. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Vallimäe tee. Turn right onto Vallimäe tee. Continue walking for another 700 meters, and you will see the Rakvere laululava (põrand) on your left at Vallimäe tee 2, surrounded by the beautiful park area.
