The Kindral Märt Tiru monument will be located on your left, just before the park area.

Turn right onto Tallinna Street and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will see the Rapla Church on your right. Keep going straight until you reach the intersection with Turu Street. Turn right onto Turu Street and walk for about 200 meters. The Kindral Märt Tiru monument will be on your left, located near the park.
