Start from the center of Rapla, near the Rapla Train Station. Head southeast on Tallinna Road (Tallinna mnt) for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Pika Street (Pika tn) and continue for 700 meters. After passing the small park on your left, turn left onto Tolli Street (Tolli tn). Follow Tolli Street for approximately 1.5 km. You will see signs for Tolli laululava as you approach the area. The entrance to the amphitheater is located near Külaplatsi, which is on your right.
