If you're driving from Kuressaare, head northeast on Tallinna maantee (Route 10) for about 30 km. After crossing the town of Leisi, continue straight until you see signs for Angla (Angla küla). Turn onto the Angla road, and follow it for approximately 4 km. You will arrive at Angla Windmill Park, which will be on your left. There is parking available at the site.

To reach Angla Windmill Park using public transport, take a bus from Kuressaare to Leisi. Buses operate several times a day, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Leisi, you can either walk (approximately 5 km) or take a local taxi to Angla Windmill Park. If walking, head north on the main road from Leisi until you reach the Angla road, then turn left and continue for about 4 km until you reach the park.
