If you are traveling by car, start from Kuressaare, the capital of Saaremaa. Head northwest on Tallinna mnt / Route 10 for about 25 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 181. Turn left onto Route 181 and continue for about 12 kilometers. You will then reach the town of Vilsandi. Follow the signs to Kusti talu, where Vilsandi lighthouse is located. Note that parking may be limited near the lighthouse.
Public Transportation (Bus)
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Kuressaare to Vilsandi. Buses run regularly from Kuressaare's bus station. Make sure to check the local schedule as times may vary.
