From Tallinn Old Town, start by heading northwest towards Laikmaa Street. Continue straight onto Gonsiori Street and take a slight right onto Pärnu Road (Tallinna-Pärnu maantee). Follow Pärnu Road for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach Paldiski, turn right onto Majaka tee. Pakri Cliff will be on your left. Note that parking may be limited near the cliff.

From Tallinn Old Town, walk to the 'Vabaduse Väljak' bus stop. Take bus number 144 or 146 towards Paldiski. The journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Get off at the 'Majaka tee' stop.
