If you are already in Tallinn Old Town, the best way to reach Stephen the Seagull is by foot. Start from the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), which is a central point in the Old Town. Head southeast on Pikk Street (Pikk tänav) for about 300 meters. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kullassepa Street. Turn left onto Kullassepa Street and walk for another 150 meters. Stephen the Seagull is located at approximately 59.437723 latitude and 24.7420958 longitude, so keep an eye out for the seagull statue along the way.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a tram from the Old Town. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Vabaduse Väljak'. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Ülemiste'. Get off at the 'Tallinna Raudteejaam' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Exit the tram and walk towards the direction of the train station. Once you reach the station, head towards the southeast on Pärnu maantee, then turn right on Kullassepa Street where you will find Stephen the Seagull.

For a more direct option, consider taking a taxi. You can easily find a taxi stand in the Old Town. The taxi driver should take you directly to Stephen the Seagull, which is located at 10130 Tallinn. Expect to pay around €5-€10 for the ride, depending on your starting point in the Old Town.
