Head southeast on Pikk Street (Pikk tänav) for about 300 meters. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kullassepa Street. Turn left onto Kullassepa Street and walk for another 150 meters. Stephen the Seagull is located at approximately 59.437723 latitude and 24.7420958 longitude, so keep an eye out for the seagull statue along the way.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a tram from the Old Town. Head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Vabaduse Väljak'. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Ülemiste'. Once you reach the station, head towards the southeast on Pärnu maantee, then turn right on Kullassepa Street where you will find Stephen the Seagull.
