From Tallinn Old Town, you can take tram line 1 or 2 from the 'Vana-Lõuna' stop. You will need to purchase a ticket for around €2.50 from the ticket machine at the stop or via a mobile app. Ride the tram for two stops and get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' stop, which is very close to the column. The column will be directly in front of you as you exit the tram.
