If you are starting from the Tallinn Old Town area, make your way towards Raekoja plats (Town Hall Square). Head east on Pikk Street until you reach the main square. You will see the Town Hall tower rising prominently in the center of the square. Old Thomas, the famous weather vane, is located on top of the Town Hall.
