Koidula Street. Continue walking straight down L. Koidula Street for about 10 minutes. You will pass by beautiful parks and gardens. Noortepargi kivi is located on L. Koidula Street, right before you reach the intersection with Narva Road. Look for a large stone monument on the left side of the street—it should be clearly visible.

    Although the destination is close enough to walk, you can also take a bus to get there. If you prefer public transport, find the nearest bus stop, which is likely located near Kadriorg Palace. Take bus number 34A towards 'Viimsi'. You will need to get off at the 'L. Koidula' stop. From there, walk back towards the direction you came from (approximately 5 minutes) and you will see Noortepargi kivi on your right.
