From Kadriorg Park, head east towards the main road, Pirita tee. Once you reach Pirita tee, turn right and continue walking north. After approximately 500 meters, you will see the Rusalka Memorial on your left, situated in a small park area near the waterfront.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take bus number 34A from the nearest bus stop, Kadriorg, which is located near the Kadriorg Palace.
