If you're in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town, Hellemann Tower is easily accessible by foot. From the Town Hall Square, head east along Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach Müürivahe Street. Turn left on Müürivahe Street, and you will find Hellemann Tower on your right at Müürivahe 48. It's a short walk of about 10 minutes.
