Start at the Tartu Town Hall (Raekoja plats 1, 51003 Tartu). From the Town Hall, head east on Rüütli street until you reach the intersection with Ülikooli street. Turn left onto Ülikooli street and continue walking straight until you reach Toomemägi Hill. You will see signs pointing towards Kissing Hill. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Tartu bus station, take bus number 1 or 3 towards 'Tartu Ülikool'. Get off at the 'Tartu Ülikool' stop. From there, walk up to Toomemägi Hill, following the signs. Kissing Hill is located at the top of the hill and is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
