Walking
Start at the Tartu Town Hall (Raekoja plats 1, 51003 Tartu). From the Town Hall, head east on Rüütli street until you reach the intersection with Ülikooli street. Turn left onto Ülikooli street and continue walking straight until you reach Toomemägi Hill. You will see signs pointing towards Kissing Hill. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
