Walking
From the center of Valga, head northeast on Rīgas iela towards the intersection with Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Emīla Dārziņa iela, where you will make a left turn. Follow Emīla Dārziņa iela for about 400 meters until you see Latvijas karogs at Emīla Dārziņa iela 8. The flag is located on your right side, and you can easily spot it as it is a prominent tourist attraction.

If you prefer to use public transport, look for local bus routes that head towards Valkas pilsēta. You can board a bus at the Valga bus station. Get off at the stop closest to Emīla Dārziņa iela. After disembarking, walk south for about 200 meters along Emīla Dārziņa iela. The Latvijas karogs will be on your left side at Emīla Dārziņa iela 8.
