From the center of Valga, head northeast on Rīgas iela towards the intersection with Pikk Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Emīla Dārziņa iela, where you will make a left turn. Follow Emīla Dārziņa iela for about 400 meters until you see Latvijas karogs at Emīla Dārziņa iela 8. The flag is located on your right side, and you can easily spot it as it is a prominent tourist attraction.
