From the center of Valga, where the Valga Town Hall is located, head east on Rüütli street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jaama street. Turn left onto Jaama street. Walk along Jaama street for about 500 meters. The Locomotive Memorial will be on your right at Jaama pst 2f.
