If you are driving, head towards Pärnu from any location in Viljandimaa. Follow the main road (E263) until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on E263. Continue straight for about 40 kilometers until you reach Pärnu. Once you arrive in Pärnu, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the city center. Turn right onto Nikolai Street, where Town Hall is located at Nikolai 3. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

To reach Town Hall using public transport, start by locating the nearest bus station in Viljandimaa. Board a bus heading towards Pärnu. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the service. Once you arrive at the Pärnu bus station, exit the station and walk towards the city center. From the bus station, it's around a 15-minute walk to Town Hall. Head southeast on Tallinna Street, then turn left onto Nikolai Street. Town Hall will be on your right at Nikolai 3. Be sure to check the bus schedules for any fares, which typically range from 3 to 5 euros.
