If you are starting from the Võru city center, head east on Jüri street. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Männiku street. Turn left onto Männiku street and walk for another 200 meters. You will see the Võru linnavalitsus on your right at Jüri 11, a distinctive building.

If you are near the Võru bus station, take bus number 1 or 2. Both buses will take you to the stop 'Võru linnavalitsus'. Once you get off, the city hall is just a short walk away. Head north on Jüri street for about 100 meters, and the building will be on your left.
