Car
If you are driving from Mbabane, start by heading southeast on the MR3 road. Continue on the MR3 for about 10 kilometers until you reach the sign for Sibebe Rock. Turn left onto the dirt road marked for Sibebe Rock. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area at the entrance to the Sibebe Rock Nature Reserve. There may be a small entrance fee, typically around E20 (20 Emalangeni), which you should have in cash.
Public Transportation
To reach Sibebe Rock via public transport, start by taking a local taxi (known as 'kombis') from Mbabane taxi rank to the Hhohho Region. Inform the driver you are going to Sibebe Rock. The fare should be around E10-15. Upon arrival at the nearest drop-off point to Sibebe Rock, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to the entrance of the Sibebe Rock Nature Reserve. Be prepared to pay the small entrance fee of E20 (20 Emalangeni) upon entry.
Walking
If you are already near the Sibebe Rock area and prefer to walk, make your way to the parking area at the entrance of the Sibebe Rock Nature Reserve. From the entrance, you can hike to the viewing points of the rock, which typically takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your pace. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water for the hike.
