Start from the center of Mhlume, at the main square near the Mhlume Shopping Centre. Head south on the main road (known as the MR3) towards Ngwenya. Continue walking straight for approximately 5 kilometers. As you approach Ngwenya, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Lion Cavern. When you reach the junction, take a left turn onto the road marked R24J. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer, where you will see Lion Cavern Ngwenya on your right side.
